kinser,can you order something from sears and get it the same day? not many stores can do that. i work at a napa store and think they have a great distribution system. ours was not always a napa. when i started 26 years ago cutomers had to wait at least 3 days for anything we didn't keep in our store. from the sound of your letter you must do quite a bit of welding. do you drink coffee?if so, do you wait until your coffee can is empty to buy more? no, you have an extra can in the cabinet. why not do the same with your welding supplies. also my friend, our store does have cell phones. you know why? drive around and look at all of the drivers with the phones stuck to their ear. anymore it is almost an accessory for your car.every phone call puts a few cents in our coffers.and no, i do not have a cell phone either. napaguy
