Assuming you have negative ground system, it seems like a one-wire GM alternator with some fabricated brackets will get you going. JC Whitney carries them, as do NAPA stores. Your old regulator won't be needed any more, as there is a regulator built into the GM/Delco alternators. The only thing to check it that your generator belt fits somewhat properly in the new alternator pulley. It should not bottom out, or it will slip and also wear out the belt real quick.
