OT. Sick dog

Sorry about being so OT. I found out fri. my 7 year old lab has diabites. She takes the insulin shots like a trooper but will not eat hardly at all. Have tried everything I can think of. Any suggestions? Thanks, she is part of the family and I would really hate to lose her.
