I'm with Mike - I see a vision of the float allowing the carb to fill, then you start and the float drops, but the fuel can't replace the flow fast enough. You shut down - it slowly refills until the float shuts off the meager flow. You start - it stops again - same routine. Coils are really tricky but that doesn't sound like a coil problem I've had. You're not running long enough to heat the coil up and a coil usually doesn't fail on that exact a routine. I'd say, do it again - when it won't run - look for spark in any of the plugs, if so - suspect gas line or carb or filter. RKS
