the gas line seems to be a little kinked but why didnt it have power with the old carb and the governor it working properly you can through the throttle all the way up and it will kick all the way back and level out but the gas line is kinked its not line its copper piped I think that is the problem also when I run it full throttle and let off the clutch it will make back fire like its not gettin enough gas so I think the gas line is my problem Thinks for all your help Oh here is a pic of it
