See those two bolts at the back of each tooth? Take those out and the thing should just pull out towards the front if it is anything like an F-10 manure head.

I think the teeth on both the F-11 and F-10 are the same, but the F-10 uses a U-bolt instead of these machine thru-bolts.

Have you priced the things yet? I'm almost scared to ask.

When I get the hydraulics ready, I'm gonna straddle a tree with the forks and give 'em a tug with a tractor. These steel forks should straighten, I think. Heck, they bent. :>)
