Allan watch those high-level discussions or management might pull a NHL and you will have to practice tractor in another country. Research costs lots of $$$$$, check with the administrative allotment and allocation department to release research funds. This will give you time to: 1)Make a new entrance (for the car??). 2)Get one of those plastic tent garages (for the car??). 3)Super Size the existing garage (you will need at least 16’ on both sides of the car). 4)Sell the car (if you dare!!). Now I'm sure negotiation are going to be tough, but old tractors staying outside will lead to a lot of medical problems for them (i.e.) paint, tires, hoses etc. In your estimate for funds always double what your research found, this way the allocation-administration department will be happy when you come in under budget. They always like a bargain. 5)Oh just fix the darn door. - Have a good day.
