Most thieves here are doing it to get money for the next fix of Crack or Meth. We have a problem here. A neighbor has an Uncle that is hooked, & shows up to stay with him several times a year. Every time he shows up, things get missing & houses get broken into... This addict is the sorriest, most worthless excuse for a human being that has ever existed, but there is nothing we can do. My fear is that either he kills someone, or someone has to kill him, & then have to deal with all the legal & moral issues.
