Am running a Pentim 200 MMX, 80 Mb RAM, and a V.90 modem. Unfortunately my local phone company lines and ISP limit my connection to 24,000 to 26,400 bps. Obviously my hardware is up to the challenge, but the local phone company is not. The persons who designed the most recent upgrade to this board seemed oblivilious to this precidicament. The new board is slower and takes longer to access.
