Lot of different opinions I guess on doggies. Had them all my life and I am 71. Loved them all, and all are different. A month ago tho I buried the most loveable dog I ever had, A 95 pound Golden retreiver. Still real sad. She loved all and everything. Not a viscious bone in her body. She understood everything, to bad she just couldnt talk. But like all things when an organ quits, sometime there is absolutely nothing anyone can do. Acute kidney failure at 10 yrs and 10 months. Least we are thankful she passed quickly and basically painless. Vet sure tried but guess it was meant to be. Maybe I am just an old softie.
