Doesn't sound like much fun, look for a better class of people to hang around. Too much money, not enough thought on this fella, if you ask me, missing the whole point of restored tractors..... :) :) Seriously, a Farmall H is a good choice - fast road gear, small/ light enough for hauling & storage, but a real pioneer of one of the milestone changes of farming, helped change agriculture during & after the war. They made a zillion of them, were in production for a long time, based on the F-20, turned into the IHC 300 - so a long, long history. Would be a good parade runner, represent a lot of agriculture, paint up nice.... If he likes Green colors better, a JD model A might be similar? Or an Oliver 70. Grey & Red would have to be an 8N. Allis WD. Guess I would stay away from the older collector rare stuff, as he does not seem to have the itch to keep such a thing going or understand it's workings. --->Paul
