Try using white vinegar. soak paper towel folded 4 times in a cheap plastic container, place under seat(s), in hot weather, close windows and let bake as long as possible, will need to ventilate before driving, vinegar smell will leave quickly and take offending odor with it. Check on small out of site place first, then if ok, wipe down all non-fabric surfaces with vinegar, you can also mix 50/50 with water and spray on fabrics, after checking small hidden area first. I ran over a skunk with my nearly new 1/2 ton GMC last summer and this got the stink out after 2-3 treatments.
