Also , Leech lines are supposed to be level. If you have an old (done it yourself) septic system , maybe your leech lines are running down hill , towards the end where you found the rock. Lots of water in ground , or excess water down the drains would show up at the end of the leech line. Like Mike (WA) says , wait to see if it dries up. I know people who's septic system does what yours is doing every spring. And has been for years.
