Leon is right, it won't look right if the wheels are re-done. There are lots of Overland and Whippet wheels that are still in good shape if you need to replace one or two. I have a 1915 Overland myself, and I know where the Overland and Whippet parts are stashed. I get a news letter every month with Overland, Whippet, and Willys Knight parts for sale. I just looked at the letter, there are six wire spoke Whippet wheels for sale, but no wood. next month there may be ten wood spoke for sale... Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned. But alas, my carb foiled me again, it would fire a second then flood out.
