I have noticed that they have done a better job on the low end which means that you can use your heavy duty oil in the winter also and get fast starts; something that the 15w-40(50) couldn't do for you. When they now say 0w-40 they mean that it will always pour regardless of the temp where you are; doesn't mean that it disappears. Got that off the Mobil web site. Mark
