Allan, David Hobson, and others are to be credited for this idea more than I, but I don't want to see the idea fizzle without an effort made. David mentioned in a post on the Farmall board that he might be willing to let us use his place for a get together of sorts for YT mag friends. I, like many others, think the world of the good fellows on these boards, and I expect that there are many others (I'm a Farmall man, myself) who are good guys that I might not have run into. Well, this idea is just starting to form, and we won't necessarily hold David to it....but how about planning a get-together of sorts somewhere in the midwest. Maybe a two day affair, heck, who knows. Purpose of this post is to just get your opinions on where/when. Want to plan on doing it next spring or summer...or sooner? Or later? I just think it sure would be nice to get together and meet some of you fellers, break bread, have a few laughs. Would really shed a new light on this board. Heck, we could even give it a nickname like how woodstock did.... How bout "The Harvest".....from that old Little House on the Prarie episode "Harvest of Friends". Am I being to sappy? Maybe. OK Fire Away!
