It's Official, But...........

Whew! Closed on this farm this morning. Everything moved slick as clockwork, however we feel as though we have just returned from a funeral. I've known this lady all her life and it was more than obvious that she did not want to sell "her uncle's farm", as it has been in the family "since forever". She said it was the hardest thing she has ever had to do. It was hard for us to watch her go thru this torment. We are happy, but at the same time we are very much aware of this woman's pain. :>( Allan
