Allen, That is great news!!!!! Glad you got it done. I can understand how the lady feels, at least it wasn"t a forced sale. I was 400 miles away in the AF when my dad sold his place, I couldn"t buy it because of the Mrs, now happy to say ex-Mrs, I should have canned her then and bought it, The day it closed I couldn"t muster the strenght to get out of bed. I have my own place now and a newer model of the Mrs (much better model, more features and easy to get along with), When we closed on this place three years ago, we were both WhooooooHoooooo! Happy Farming! Van
