I'm not that old yet but, I'm working on it everyday. Not trying to bash you older folks but your skin has changed if you are over the age of 60 you are particularly susceptible to dehydration. Its not the heat thats getting you its that your skin dries out quicker then before. When do you have a problem? If you stop sweeeting you are in trouble. Stop and Drink more water! other symptoms--> Thirst less frequent urination dry skin (pinch your skin on the top of your hand, see how long takes to return) fatigue light headedness dizziness confusion dry mouth increased heart rate and Breathing (feels like your head going to explode) fever (stop drink more) Sports drinks are good they replace salts and fluids that your body needs. Drink more!
