It could be some type of a sensor problem? I had my cam sensor replaced a little while back. It was making the truck shake and shut off. My friend also had problems with his new Cummins. Some type of sensor was making the throttle do what ever it wanted to. It would speed up slow down and do all sorts of stuff. I'd take it to a Ford garage hook it up to a computer to see if a sensor isn't the problem. They know these trucks better then anyone.
