Well...I am going to have a visit with the city councilman and the mayor. I will act nice, and not mention the old battle axe. As best I can recall...getting old, they have started a community club and wanted everyone to join. Most in the old section refused so now we are paying for it. They could not have a true HOA, but if you refused to join their "club", you are on their bad list. Just talked to my neighbor and he said he got one for having an ATV trailer in his side yard. That thing is tagged and legal. I just do not understand that. I promise I will be good...for now anyway. Thanks guys...have a great 4th.
