Harley, We treat enemy POWs well in the hopes that our enemies will do the same to our boys. We're treating those poor buggers lousy. The average foot slogger in any war has squat for information and we've taken them from their homes for long years now. If we can't prove they did something specifically bad we should send 'em home with $50 in their pocket and a promise of job training.
