My dad used to put a little powered pesticide (like Sevin) inside his shop vac and rig the nozzle just below the point of entry. He'd turn it on toward evening and let that baby run until after dark. I don't think he'd open it until the next morning tho. He'd repeat as necessary until the nest was gone. Worked great. You could watch the bees returning home for the night get sucked into the hose.
