Glad it worked out for you. Sometimes people get things in their head and they are unsubstantiated, but they get this bad feeling and won't listen to reason. Glad your customer had a good head. I sell hay to horse folks too and haven't had any problems yet. Butttt if I did, I would check the product for quality and if ok, would be asking a lot of why not's. I know what you mean about trying to get a good product in the spring between rain showers. Mark
