JT, I beg to differ that S-K is responsible for your oil after they pick it up. The Feds have a cradle to grave law that makes you responsible until that oil is either recycled or burned. Keep all of your records about amounts picked up and dates. An enviromental company in N.H. went belly up a few years back and they had been picking up oil from garages etc. completely legal and licensed for years. They had not however been disposing of the oil but had been storing it illegally in drums piled everywhere on their property. A buddy of mine was charged for his share of the cost of the cleanup. 7 drums of oil over a 5 year period cost him just over 20,000 dollars. You don't have much choice in the matter when the EPA comes knocking.
