The same question came up a couple weeks ago on the Ford discussion board. One guy offered to help the poster by explaining how to outfit an 821 with pto and hydraulics for 3pt. Only you can decide how much you want to put into that tractor, but this guy might help you with understanding how difficult it is (or isn't).
