should I keep this tractor?

I was looking for an 8n and ending up buying 57 ford820 (good deal). This is my first tractor and quite a bear. I need to mow about two acres with tight turns and clear some brush, not much. I'd also like a back blade and maybe a plow to put in an acre of corn. The 820 has a nice loader but no three point. Do I change it over or use it for what I need it for and sell it for something else, maybe smaller? Thanks
