After you get your oil level under control, if you still have plug fouling it could be from too rich a setting on the carb. I'm a Massey guy but I assume Fords have an adjustable main jet needle. If it's too far out you can foul plugs, especially from operating at light load. The solution in that event is to lean it out a little. An operator's manual should explain it.
