I'm sort of lucky I don't have to buy fertilizer I run 4 horses on about 25-30 acres so they do pretty good at putting it back. LOL I also do hay on the same area, I only have one field that looks very good right now and hope that the other one will make some hay before it freezes. I live in a bottom so my fields didn't get real dry but they where not good either. Guess its a wait and see thing.
