My first question is what is causing the blow-by and the excessive heat problem. I would suspect that someone has removed or forgot to reinstall some or all of the coolong baffles (sheetmetal). This would cause the engine to overheat and increase wear. I would also suspect that this engine has been run low on oil - also increase wear. You might want to get a parts manual for this engine to make sure all the sheetmetal is installed. I think a new engine may be the solution at this point. As a glimer of hope you may want to pull out the piston to see if the ring gaps have been properly stagered. I am assuming an air filter has always been in place.
