I bought the CASE 245 4WD tractor with factory installed loader about 12+ years ago, I can't remember exactly, but it was brand new. It has a little over 1000 hrs on it now and is still running great. I use it to mow fields with a brush hog, and also plow snow. We remove the bucket on the loader and have welded a together a frame to mount a 5 ft plow in place of the bucket, to plow snow here in MA. I also have a log splitter that mounts on the 3 point hitch and am thinking about buying a small wood chipper too, if I can talk my wife into it. We have 30A of land some fields and the rest woodland. I have had no problems with the machine at all. What I do is change all the fluids and filters every year. This includes the oil + filter, hydrolic fluid, fuel filter, air filter, and gear oil in the front axel, as well as grease up all the fittings. I think that is why it has run so good for me. I have no plans to sell it. I hope you have the same good luck I have had so far. /Dann

The main focus of this page is to show how I upgr
