I would stick with Chloride. The salt only rusts the wheels if it gets out of the tube. Working tractors have chloride in them for years with no problem, it is when the tractor sits around for years with flats the chloride gets out and wrecks stuff. If the tractor is not going to be pulling hard just put air it the tires.
