Front tire fluid - fluid in general Continued

Ok most people say to use antifreeze in the tires as it does not corrode the metal. However, should it be straight 100% antifreeze or a mixture? Why a mixture, wouldn't the glycol weigh a little more than water?? Plus if you punctured the tire, you would have antifreeze running out, versus just the salt water, which would be more dangerous??
