We are being told that our Social Security is going broke. In the meantime there is an agreement with the Mexican government to give Mexicans who are working in this country Social Security benefits. The information, I have, states this would include legal and illegal, refugees, asylum seekers, guest workers and those with amnesty. There is an estimated 20 million Mexicans in this country. As it now stands,this treaty does not have to be ratified by congress. It only needs to be signed by President Bush and he has promised the Mexican Government he will sign it. Representative Barbara Cubin (R-WY) has introduced H.R. 2339 which would keep this treaty from being enacted without congressional approval. We definitely need to support Rep. Cubin in getting this baloney stopped.
