in one since of the word I hate to see that. our local co-op ran out of fuel for farm use already ( coal mine still gets there 8 semis a day from the same terminal) we got caught working on repositioning our tank so it was empty... and cant get it filled. now our supply can go to anyone--- even if we dont have any to harvest our crop. oh well I hope that they at least have to still pay the tax... our roads sure are getting chewed up by the coal trucks
