I'm looking at a 1988 Yazoo mower with an 18 h.p. Wisconsin that has a 76" cut. The fellow wants $1500 for it. Descrepancies that I can see are: 1) It smokes some when started. 2) It seems to miss until it warms up. 3) The hydro lever slips out of place and has to be held into position with a bungee cord. Ditto with the mower engagement lever. I need something to cut my 4 acres with that is reasonable and this fit the bill. But is it worth the money?? Any help would be deeply appreciated!
