Randy I have looked at Yazoo Miss. mowers off and on for my 3 acres of grass at the farm. With that description, I think its a tad high. A lot of the professional yard cutters in Indy have sold their Yazoo's and have gone to the Dixie Chopper. It sounds like you could easily spend another $1,500 to get it into decent shape.
