If you have it in writing that the kits contain everything to do a complete rebuild, and they sent you incomplete kits, it sounds like it is time to contact the consumer fraud division of the state they do business in and report them. If they were to let you return them and pay for their inaccurate statements, then that is all good, but to charge you the shipping both ways and a 20% restock fee, that is wrong!!!The most complete kit I have seen I get from A&I, the have throttle shaft, choke shaft, main nozzle, needle & seat, choke butterfly, bowl gasket, intake gasket, high speed screw, packing, a couple of other washers, but no shaft bushings or float.
