Lending out 601 Ford???

Got a 30 yr buddy(ran,drank,raised hel_)who is gona want to use my 601. I just mover over and he's got a lot of landscaping to do.Problem is is 30 yrs ghe's only been of assistance 5 times, and here is past 2 months has given me 14 pages of critisism and never once seen him with gloves on(always sandals and shorts-once half gallon whiskey-I'm now a diet coke man) It's tiring ya KNOW. Maybe request large damage deposit(he ain't got it) Wayne
