If ya want a Cummins to run the people to talk to is Bruce or Gary from Pittsburg Power or the old diesel injection they have been doing Cummins for a lot longer As we always called them the hot rod shop for Cummins i have knowen them since 78 and when i got my 12 valve cummins i gave Bruce a call and we talked for over and hour and half and he told me what to do for mine and what i needed if i wanted to go higher but then again i know how to work on diesels but the 5.9 was new to me back then and i did not want to get to carried away the good thing was what i did with mine did not COST me any money other then one screw to replace the tamper proof one that i had to remove . Tampper proof they have never made such a thing .
