I'd think the B would have enough power to run the mower. If so, then counterweights on the front should solve your problem. "Enough" would have to be determined by experimentation, but I wouldn't think it would take an awful lot, there's a lot of leverage between the rear axle and the front weights. As a guess, I'd say 150 or 200 pounds would make a BIG difference, and that might even be a bit much. We useta hang a 4 row cultivator off the front of ours without worrying about the front bolster or steering, and I KNOW it weighed more than 200 pounds. Can't help ya on the ORC, most of them have a hole in them so you can pin them to the PTO.
