Here in southcentral Alaska, we have moose wander in and out of our yard all winter long. They occasionally stomp people, even to death. It's just something that we learn to live with here. When I go out in the yard, I'm not looking for a robber. I am looking for a cow moose that might see me as a threat to her calf. Gotta love it. -Jon
