Rebuilding distributors

I read a few years back about a fellow or company that would rebuild an old tractor distributor to give the engine more power. The weights are currently designed more for economy then peak horsepower. Does anyone know whom does this sort of work now? I tried searching many sites but found nothing. Thought I read it here a couple years back. Thanks for any help.

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
