I'll with hold my first thoughts.
Are there any military training manuals that would help? Even the Army truck drivers stuff would help.... Every thing that I taught in the service had a "lesson plan" so you could maybe go from there.
Start a tractor driving school for them, and go nation wide.
I used to laugh at "truck drivers schools, but I now think that they are a needed thing in our modern world.
