I was wondering if anybody ever had a Tractor operating video in spanish or english. The operators manual is nice, but it does not teach a person how to use the tractor efficiently. Such as how to choose the right gear for the operation, how to use turning brakes, and how to safely engage the PTO. Our crew is all hispanic. I don't want to start a debate over that subject but they are the only ones that have even applied for the job in years. Some of our crew said the closest thing they had to a tractor at home was a mule. Our crew has a hard time grasping the concept of the High-low transmission. How in Low it is first gear, but in high it is fifth. A saftey instructional video that would explain some of these things in english or in spanish would be great. Does anybody know of one? I'm sure a video for any one tractor manufacturer would be relevant to all the others. Thanks.
