I was just reading your posting on your 9N and had to laugh. I had no idea there were so many N sites or such a collection of N lovers. My 9N was purchased by my grandfather new, #44863. Worked his small chicken and sheep ranch until he retired and now works what I retained. Thy "yuppie" who purchased 5ac of the ranch has his fancy $17K used ford tractor with all the fancy stuff. I just love it when I go to the barn to fire up the N and he makes some comment like "how long has it been sitting, bet it won"t start". Oh she has been sitting for about a month, no problem. I just smile, brush off the cobwebs, turn on the gas, turn the key and listen for that click, make sure she is in neutral, a little gas, push the button and off she fires, nurse the choke a bit and let her idle for about 4 minutes and drive off. Now that yuppie tractor, well lets just say he must thank the ford God that they have mobile service trucks.
