We somehow ended up with around 100 old tires over 60 years worth. if it had any tread we kept it. Might make a spare sometime, sometime never happened. So what we did is cut the center out leaving the tread, then folded up the tread and tied it together. We were able to get rid of 4 or five each trash time. The center just laid on the trash. A good sabor saw with a coarse blade will do the job. One of the amigos that stay on our properity did the cutting. If we did the burning thing here in calif. someone would probably end up in jail.
