On the center two rotors the wheels don't move they stay in line with the tedder. I did find a roll pin. When I removed the pin I expected the wheel assy to fall off, it did not. I applyed a little force but it did not move. This is the pin under the rotor assy I could not find anything on top of the rotor. Should I apply heat to the wheel assy and try again or did I miss something? Thanks
