I doubt that JB Weld will work on the exhaust port because of the extreme heat (jb resin base). I would try a Helicoil insert first and if that doesn't work, remove the exhaust port (head?) and weld up the worn part and retap. Maybe you could weld a threaded flange over the old port? Someone will post other ways but start with the simplest and easiest first.
