if they are what I think you have the old 2 piece suicide splits where they break apart in the center of the wheel. No tire shop will touch them, insurance and common sence make it illegal. I do have (4)20 inch 2 piece lock ring wheels which are an improvement over your wheel. 6 bolt holes on a big bud center right?? them suicide wheels are insane,don"t mess w/ em.
